Original art and apparel purchased directly from this website can be returned for store credit only. Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of artwork. Please contact me directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request a return authorization. Artwork must be returned in original packaging.
In the event you decide you no longer want to continue a commission, you can get a refund of your down-payment for store credit only. You also agree to forfeit the rights to the finished product. Once final product is approved and final payment is received there are no refunds on commissioned art.
Refunds for store credit will be issued via gift card within 5 business days upon receipt of returned item(s), provided the return was approved and directions were followed.
DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT APPROVAL.
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
In the unfortunate event that a piece arrives damaged in some way, please photograph all damage immediately and email it to me at email@example.com for further instruction.
